Our dishes are predominantly Mediterranean; often with an exotic influence or slightly contemporary flourish – our chefs have honed their craft in cities all over the world and develop concepts from scratch, inspired by the market haul or catch of the day.

We place great emphasis on allowing ingredients to shine in their own right, and avoid over-worked recipes; we prefer instead to amplify the natural appeal of our food, by showcasing the vivid colours, rich and subtle aromas and distinctive textures – artfully contrasted and elegantly presented.

Finishing touches include accents like truffle, fresh herbs, roasted nuts or edible flowers, offsetting perfectly the authentic colours and textures of Ibiza’s culinary heritage.
